I've been riding horses for the past 22 years. I've participated in two Horsemanship week long clinics at the University of Findlay Ohio horse program, in 1990 and in 1991. I've had eleven years into 4-H horse projects and competed in the open shows doing English, Western, Trail, Speed Events, Jumping, Halter, etc,. Competed in Rodeo (Barrel Racing) for 4-5 years open, 3 years with IPRA and 2 years NBHA. Also, I have been to a Ray Hunt Horsemanship and Colt Breaking Clinic, and also to a Cindy Wright Barrel Racing and Round Pen Clinic. I'm always learning!
I have broke some ponies to drive and have raised and broke one horse to ride and compete. Also, I have helped assistant coach the Clare High School Equestrian Team in 2005, and helped that team go to state finals. Now a coach for Harrison Equestrian Team 2007.
Also, I am a 4-H leader, since 2005. (and loving it) . Kids ranging in ages from 5-19.
I have helped in raising Foundation Quarter Horses here at the farm over fifteen years.
My goal is to help you find the all around family horse, or the horse that fits into your program!
